This is Chambar Ale.

Created to typify quality, taste and immaculate presentation, Chambar Ale was crafted for connoisseurs. It’s a beer for those who believe in taking a moment to appreciate the finer things in life. Amber in colour with aromas of toffee and caramel malt and an overlay of hops, the finish is crisp and clean with just a hint of spice.

Co-crafted by Chambar executive chef and owner Nico Schuermans and long time brewmaster Mark Simpson, Chambar Ale uses a combination of European and Moroccan spices with a base recipe created from organic locally sourced malt and several variations of yeast strains. Nico’s Belgian pedigree has played a large role in the beer’s flavour profile and style - what with him being Belgian and all - and Mark’s decades of expertise have helped to create a beer perfect for pairing with good food and dear friends.
